Exciting Opportunity for Pediatric Gastroenterologists in South Texas

Our organization, a well-established multi-specialty group owned by physicians, is eager to invite Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Gastroenterologists to join our locations in Harlingen, McAllen, and Brownsville. Clinic Highlights:

• Composed of 21 physicians and over 25 Advanced Providers
• Three state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) equipped with advanced endoscopic technology
• Specialties include Gastroenterology, Pediatric Gastroenterology, Colorectal Surgery, Bariatric/Foregut Surgery, and Pathology
• Premier digestive health practice serving a rapidly expanding population of 1.4 million

Position Highlights:

• Seeking to add more Pediatric Gastroenterologists to our team
• Collaborate with one Pediatric GI and two dedicated Pediatric GI Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Opportunities for independent ventures, including ASC ownership and partnership
• Position primarily focused on clinical responsibilities
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM with minimal on-call duties
• Support from 12 CRNA Providers
• Competitive compensation package ranging from $350,000 to $400,000+, including base salary, RVU incentives, signing bonus, and production bonuses
