You'll partner with the local People & Organization, Team Member Relations, and Talent Planning & Acquisition teams to keep activities organized, responsive, and running smoothly.You'll work closely with the site's People team and collaborate with team members, leaders, vendors, and partners across the business. Your coordination and follow-through will help connect people with programs, information, and support throughout their experience at QVC.Where You'll WorkThis role is onsite and will require you to work from our Suffolk fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.What You'll DoFacilitate new hire orientationAdministrative support (answering internal questions about benefits and leave of absence, maintaining employee and legal filings, managing payroll inbox)Supporting events as necessary including primary ownership as well as tactical support.Perform a variety of clerical duties to include correspondence with team member, creating letters and documents, data entry, filing, photo copying, opening and distributing mail, maintaining records / files, and other related duties, as assigned.What You'll BringEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience, including customer service and human resources experience.Excellent working knowledge and ability in MS Office computer packages; experience working with an HRIS database is preferred.#LI-MW1Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
