This role involves assisting with mechanical design, inspection, and planning services for industrial and fuel-related infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles with a core focus in piping and fuel systems, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical design and layout of industrial piping and pumping systems, storage tanks, and related equipmentSupport field inspections and gather data to inform engineering design and planning effortsPrepare and update technical drawings using AutoCAD and Plant 3DCollaborate with senior engineers and project managers to develop project plans and specificationsOrganize and maintain project documentation, reports, and communication logsUtilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project) to create reports, schedules, and presentationsEnsure all work complies with applicable industry standards and client requirementsQualificationsRequired5+ years of engineering experienceBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited universityEIT is requiredProficiency in AutoCAD and Plant 3D.
