Sr. Legal Counsel

Job Location Cincinnati, Ohio – Headquarters (P&G General Offices) Job Description P&G seeks an experienced corporate attorney to serve as a strategic partner to the business, working with purchasing and business development teams to structure and execute key corporate relationships, including acquisitions, divestitures, intellectual property licensing, outsourcing, and commercial contracting. The attorney will collaborate across teams to address complex legal challenges and coordinate with business clients, multifunctional partners, and legal colleagues. Responsibilities Structure and execute corporate transactions (acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, outsourcing, commercial contracts). Provide legal counsel to clients and internal stakeholders on evolving legal matters. Collaborate cross‑functionally with business clients and legal team. Assist in due diligence, drafting, and negotiation of contracts. Apply strong problem‑solving and communication skills to meet business needs. Qualifications Juris Doctorate with outstanding academic performance. Membership in at least one state bar with ability to obtain Ohio bar membership. Two to seven years of experience in a law firm, in‑house, government, or other legal department performing due diligence and contract work. Excellent written and verbal communication and strong problem‑solving skills. Track record of success in professional and personal activities. Proven leadership and teamwork skills with business and legal audiences. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $158,400.00 – $198,000.00 per year.
