Managing Director (Construction Dispute Resolution) (Town of Texas)

TYG i partnering with a leading global consultancy that is seeking to appoint a MD to join its growing Disputes and Advisory group. This is a leadership role offering the opportunity to shape a high‑performing team and drive the continued expansion of the firm’s regional presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering advisory and expert services in construction disputes, with a focus on delay and cost issues
• Oversee the preparation, strategy, and presentation of claims for clients across major infrastructure and commercial projects
• Provide expert input and strategic guidance on complex project disputes
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building long‑term relationships and supporting business development efforts
• Play an instrumental role in expanding the firm’s footprint in the region, including contributing to winning new work

Requirements

• Strong background in construction disputes and advisory work, particularly in delay and/or quantum
• Proven track record in leading expert appointments or supporting expert work
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills
• Ability to contribute to business development and bring a book of business
• Prior experience in a consultancy or expert witness environment preferred
