Parts Specialist Fire Apparatus Division
For over 50 years, weve proudly supported the first responders who protect our communities. Now, were looking for adriven, detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team and help keep fire apparatus fully equipped, in service, and ready to respond.

What Youll Do
- Be the go-to resource for parts support for fire apparatus
- Assist customers and technicians in person and over the phone
- Quickly process parts orders, requests, and quotes
- Keep inventory dialed inorder, receive, stock, and track parts
- Manage returns, warranties, and vendor coordination
- Ensure technicians get the right parts fast to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate repair orders and daily data entry
- Coordinate urgent pickups and deliveries when needed
- Help drive department efficiency and profitability
What You Bring
- Experience in truck parts, fire apparatus, or heavy-duty equipment (required)
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with computer systems and data entry
- Inventory or shipping/receiving experience is a plus
- Clean drivers license
