Ready to work hard and see the results in your paycheck? As a Cutting Technician, you'll keep machines running, keep production moving, and earn steady pay along the way.

Cutting Technician Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 12 years of manufacturing, cutting, assembly, or related production experience. Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Experience with Patternsmith, Gerber Machine, or similar systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs. Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, PPE requirements, noise, and industrial environments. Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.

Cutting Technician Job Duties: Mark, reproduce, and assemble material kits according to specifications. Operate cutting and grinding equipment to produce quality components. Perform cloth laminating, bagging, and material consolidation processes. Trim excess material and inspect finished workpieces for accuracy. Sharpen cutting tools and maintain equipment performance. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Operate and learn Patternsmith and Gerber Machine systems. Maintain quality standards while minimizing material waste. Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
