Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations, along with behavioral guidelines and medication treatment plans. Complete regulatory documentation promptly and accurately, adhering to the high standards set by our organization and governing bodies. Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs and inform treatment approaches, collaborating closely with your clinical team throughout. Work in partnership with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that facilitate client success. Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to help maintain clinic standards and improve service delivery. Serve as a liaison with state agencies and community partners to streamline client access to services and resources. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and promote the clinic’s mission within the broader community. Establish and nurture relationships with local agencies, organizations, and funding sources to enhance program visibility and sustainability. Participate in ongoing professional development through conferences, workshops, and networking, contributing to both your personal growth and the advancement of the clinic. Promote the values and principles of Atlantic Healthcare Clinic in all interactions and initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care. Patient Population / Client Focus The LMHC will work with a diverse population, offering mental health care to individuals facing emotional challenges, substance use issues, and those with unique developmental or acquired conditions. Qualifications A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required. An independent LMHC license recognized by the state of Washington is essential. Excellent communication skills, with a capacity to express complex ideas clearly and effectively. Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions independently based on professional expertise. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
