Bartender As a Bartender at The Goat, you will handle daily bar operations, coordinate front‑ and back‑of‑house teams, maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools, and ensure quality service while maintaining a professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities Manage daily bar operations and enhance bar performance. Coordinate with front‑ and back‑of‑house teams to meet customer needs. Maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools. Ensure drink quality and accuracy. Maintain professional and courteous service. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization. TABC Certification where applicable. At least two (2) years of prior bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Physical Demands & Work Environment The role requires long periods of standing and walking throughout dining, kitchen, and service areas. Employees may handle food and beverage items, reach, extend, climb, and balance. Work is in a restaurant environment and may involve occasional travel to local and out‑of‑state markets.
