Surgical Technologist II
Alpha Home Health and Hospice
Role: Surgical Technologist II, supporting high-quality surgical care in operating rooms. Responsibilities Set up and maintain a sterile field, prepare instruments and equipment. Anticipate surgeons' needs during various procedures. Assist with patient positioning and prepping. Perform accurate counts with nursing staff. Operate basic surgical equipment. Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, and anesthesia providers. Support the professional development of junior staff. Uphold safety and infection-prevention standards. Qualifications & Skills Experience supporting surgical teams in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and equipment.
