• High School diploma or higher
• 1 to 2 years of valuable sales experience
• Customer service orientation is important
• A valid driver's license for convenient transportation

Your role expectations include:

• Guiding customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other services
• Sharing creative ideas for marketing and promotions
• Helping open and close the center, managing the cash register and systems
• Working with management to keep inventory organized and stocked
• Fostering positive relationships with couriers and store staff
• Sorting and delivering mail to private mailboxes for smooth operations
• Interacting easily with customers with an outgoing and friendly personality

Physical and safety requirements include:

• Ability to stand at a sales counter for extended periods
• Capability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Proficient in clear communication with customers via email, phone, and in-person
