Customer Service Representative - PART TIME

We are pleased to extend an invitation to candidates who possess: High School diploma or higher 1 to 2 years of valuable sales experience Customer service orientation is important A valid driver's license for convenient transportation Your role expectations include: Guiding customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other services Sharing creative ideas for marketing and promotions Helping open and close the center, managing the cash register and systems Working with management to keep inventory organized and stocked Fostering positive relationships with couriers and store staff Sorting and delivering mail to private mailboxes for smooth operations Interacting easily with customers with an outgoing and friendly personality Physical and safety requirements include: Ability to stand at a sales counter for extended periods Capability to lift at least 50 pounds Proficient in clear communication with customers via email, phone, and in-person Company Overview: For over 30 years, PostNet has been a trusted provider of high-quality printing and shipping solutions, supporting small businesses and consumers alike.
