Responsibilities

• Review itineraries, payment details, and travel documentation with clients.
• Ensure booking information is accurate and complete.
• Support customers throughout the reservation process.

Destination Research & Travel Solutions

• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel experiences.
• Identify travel deals and vacation packages that align with customer preferences.
• Provide recommendations based on customer interests and travel goals.
• Stay informed about travel trends and destination information.
• Assist clients in making informed travel decisions.

Issue Resolution & Administrative Support

• Resolve basic booking, account, and customer service issues.
