Position Summary Assists management with the supervision of associates, including training, coaching, scheduling, and evaluating performance. Provides member service by identifying member needs, resolving complaints, processing memberships, and supporting purchasing decisions. Manages front‑end operations including cash handling, transaction processing, accounting records, and daily deposits. Oversees merchandise placement, returns, and shop floor organization while maintaining parking lot cleanliness. Develops and implements processes to meet business goals, collaborates with team members, and models compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Leads teams, promotes a culture of belonging, and supports continuous improvement and customer focus. Responsibilities Supervise associates by assigning duties, training, coaching, and evaluating performance. Communicate membership options, process upgrades and credit accounts, and encourage renewals. Assist members with merchandise location, self‑checkout, and transaction assistance. Handle claims and returns, zone the shop floor, and maintain cart and equipment availability. Complete accounting records, daily deposits, and cash fund transfers while investigating discrepancies. Develop and implement processes in collaboration with managers and partners to meet business needs. Maintain compliance with policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy, and assist with investigations. Lead teams, provide feedback, model adaptability, and support continuous improvement. Act with integrity, serve customers and members first, and balance short‑ and long‑term priorities. Minimum Qualifications At least 6 months of retail experience operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register). At least 6 months of customer service experience. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Front‑end team leadership experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload of others.
