Job Description

• Research and identify prospective customers and business opportunities
• Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, and networking efforts
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Support customer onboarding efforts and coordinate with internal teams
• Assist with trade shows, industry events, and lead generation initiatives
• Partner with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure a positive customer experience
• Learn the sales process from prospecting through account development

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong internships, sales experience, or relevant work experience.
• Residing in Sanford, NC.
• Open to entry-level candidates.
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, recruiting, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects
• Driven, competitive, and eager to learn
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
