As a key member of the support team, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on a variety of products and services. Responsibilities Provide Personalized Assistance: Engage with customers via voice, email, and chat channels to offer tailored support for purchasing prescription medications, food, supplements, and vitamins. Drive Sales and Loyalty: Recommend products based on individual customer needs, clearly communicating their benefits, and asking insightful questions to understand their requirements. Qualifications/Background Profile Passion for pets and their health and wellness Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers through voice, email, and chat channels Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset Ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers Knowledge or willingness to learn about pet health, wellness products, and services Previous experience in customer service or retail (preferred, but not required) This job is Hybrid Remote.
