SuperFast Kitchen and Bath is looking for a construction project manager to lead our installation operations in Grand Junction and surrounding areas.

As a SuperFast Construction Project Manager, you’ll oversee every step of the installation process. From ordering, scheduling and site preparation to managing install crews, subcontractors and ensuring every project meets our standards of speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the complete bath and kitchen remodel installation cycle, including supervision of installers, subcontractors, materials, and timelines.
• Ensure every project meets SuperFast quality, safety, and financial standards.
• Perform technical measure and pre-installation walk throughs. 
• Create PO’s and order and track all materials for jobs. 
• Verify that installations comply with company policies, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide detailed project takeoffs, material estimates, and scope reviews for upcoming jobs.
• Coordinate with homeowners, sales teams, and installers to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, including permits, change orders, and EPA lead-safe work practice records.
• Anticipate and resolve project issues to maintain schedule and profitability.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support company operations and growth.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in construction or remodeling project management (bath/kitchen experience preferred) or equivalent education.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for coordinating crews and resolving customer issues.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling ability — able to juggle multiple active projects.
• Proficiency in measurements, construction math, and job costing.
• Ability to work independently and make sound on-site decisions.
• Knowledge and comfort using digital tools including CRM, supplier platforms, etc. 
• Valid U.S. driver’s license, reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel within your assigned region. The territory includes Mesa County primarily, and extends from Montrose to Glenwood Springs with an occasional project in outlying areas. 

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000-70,000 based on experience
• Performance Bonus Potential
• Vehicle Stipend: $800/month
