Job Overview:
The Vice President of SMB Card AI Product Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of AI-powered products and solutions for the Small and Medium Business (SMB) Card segment. This position requires a visionary leader who can leverage AI technologies to enhance customer experiences, optimize business processes, and deliver innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI product strategy for the SMB Card segment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and innovation.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and strategy.
• Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI products, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Provide thought leadership and expertise in AI technologies and their application in the financial services industry.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product strategy and management, particularly in AI-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Experience in the financial services industry, specifically in the SMB segment, is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.

Pay Range/ Salary - $175K–$225K + Bonus

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
