We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our friendly and professional team. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Texas, have completed a U.S.-certified dental hygiene program, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay and valuable benefits in a supportive, family-oriented practice.

$30~$45 per hour

Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Licensed dental hygienist

Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in Texas (required)
Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from a U.S.-accredited program
Valid CPR certification
Valid AED certification (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to superior patient care
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Description

Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments to promote oral health
Conduct patient assessments, including medical histories and oral health evaluations
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans
Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Provide compassionate, friendly patient care and address patient concerns
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
