Financial Planning Client Service & Operations Associate The Planners Inc.— Fort Collins, CO Reports to: Erik Sartin, CEO Location: In-office, Fort Collins, CO Schedule: 30–40 hours/week Classification: Non-exempt (hourly) Compensation: $15–$20/hour, depending on experience About the Role The Client Service & Operations Associate keeps The Planners Inc—a Fort Collins‑based, registered investment advisory firm—running smoothly. Reporting to the CEO, this person supports clients and the planning process, contributes in day‑to‑day operations, contributes to marketing, and provides direct support to the CEO. It’s a hands‑on role for someone highly organized and technically capable who wants to learn the business of financial planning from the inside. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Planning Update financial planning software based on client communications Schedule follow‑ups and reviews and prepare meeting materials Keep client records current in the CRM (Salesforce) Operations & Bookkeeping Organize receipts and reconcile revenue statements Keep inboxes and systems clean and organized Marketing & Growth Run campaigns to book meetings for advisors Produce marketing materials and AI‑assisted social media content Manage the company’s LinkedIn/social accounts and update the websites Executive Support Manage the CEO’s calendar, time‑blocking, and priorities Triage his inbox and Salesforce tasks; schedule team meetings Coordinate travel and events Qualifications Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills Comfortable producing marketing materials and using AI, social media, and basic website tools Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication CRM familiarity (Salesforce a plus) Interest in a financial planning career (CFP track a plus) Discretion with confidential information Details At‑will, in‑office position, 30–40 hours/week.
