Second Pressman - Feeder

Nosco is looking for a Second Pressman - Feeder at our Bridgeview, IL facility. This role is on our 24/6 schedule, working 3 workdays, 12.25 hours per day, 36.75 hours per week. Responsibilities Set up and operate press per SOPs, work instructions, and control riders. Actively monitor production efficiency and quality while completing all documentation and reporting accurately. Troubleshoot machine problems as it pertains to equipment and set up. Perform testing as required and understand what corrective actions could be necessary to achieve passing results. Assist in minimizing the scope of remakes by identifying problems in a timely fashion and effectively communicating with downstream operators. Perform clean‑up/maintenance tasks in accordance with company SOP. Perform and sustain a high rate of productivity. Meet expectations for set up time and run speeds as established by the department leaders. Qualifications Preferably +2 years of digital press experience or other technical skills operating machinery. Experience with basic quality systems and documentation. Flexibility to work any shift and overtime. Work in a fast‑paced environment with ability to deal with change. High school diploma or GED. Ability to read a ruler to 1/64". Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods. Physical requirements: twisting, turning, squeezing, grasping, reaching, kneeling, crawling, pulling, extended periods of standing, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Long periods of concentration. Typical pay range: $23.00–$30.00 hourly .
