CHN Housing Partners Customer Service Support Rep, Maintenance

CHN is a highly seasoned, nonprofit affordable housing developer, housing service provider and residential mortgage lender that works with its partners to solve major housing challenges for low-income people and under-served communities. Through our partnerships we have developed over 7,000 affordable homes, and each year serve over 60,000 families through a wide array of housing services. We work in Ohio and neighboring states, including Michigan, to preserve and expand affordable housing, and build equitable communities.

The focus of this position will be to provide exemplary customer service to CHN residents, contractors, internal and external partners, and vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering calls from residents, contractors, technicians and property managers
• Scheduling work orders for technicians, contractors and manager inspections
• Communicating with technicians in the field as needed
• Calling residents for appointment reminders and follow-up quality control calls
• Following up on contractor work orders
• Scheduling utility services
• Downloading PMV information and score sheets
• Assisting with subsidy work orders and scheduling
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of customer service experience
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish, English)
• Great computer skills; MS Excel and Word
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and access to reliable personal vehicle.
