We enable over 350,000 businesses and 2M active savers, with $50B in assets. Program Management The Program Management team drives tactical efficiency while focusing on the big picture. They serve as the connective tissue between client‑facing front end and operational backend, using data to prioritize initiatives that have the largest impact. What Will You Be Doing? Partner with stakeholders across business units to analyze how new products and opportunities will impact operational processes and systems. Translate analysis into actionable requirements for build and implementation teams. Manage and update a long‑term solution roadmap, contributing to prioritization of initiatives. Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements on an ongoing basis and maintain system processes as updates occur. Author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering requirements. Leverage data and reporting to identify trends, inefficiencies, and prioritization. Requirements Strong written and oral communication and organization skills. Drive to lift up team members through collaboration, training, and coordination. Love of learning and growth to level‑up technical and softer skills. Stakeholder management: collaborate to gather project requirements and provide input for implementation. Ability to balance own workload with team needs and prioritize projects with managers. Ability to dive deep into details while keeping the big picture in mind. Continued growth in industry and regulatory knowledge to support prioritization. Proficiency with process documentation and workflow mapping. Experience in retirement, financial services, or employee benefit industries. Understanding of retirement and employee benefit industry. Extensive knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements. Familiarity with contracting, agreements, and DocuSign. Prior experience working in an agile or scrum framework. Location & Salary The role will be based in New York City, Austin, or Scottsdale, and will be part of Vestwell's hybrid in‑office operation.
