Multi-Brand Marketing & Communications Manager PUR | ORO | Crown We’re looking for an exceptionally creative, highly organized, and fast-moving marketing professional to lead integrated marketing across three distinct companies: PUR, ORO, and Crown. This is not a traditional single-brand marketing role. It is a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who can move seamlessly between developing strategy, creating viral content, writing press releases, coordinating media opportunities, producing client events, and managing multiple campaigns at once. You will serve as the central point of connection between company leadership, internal teams, clients, media contacts, influencers, and external agency partners. The ideal candidate is a natural multitasker who thrives in an extremely fast-paced environment and knows how to turn ideas into polished campaigns quickly. What You’ll OwnBrand and Marketing Strategy Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy for PUR, ORO, and Crown Maintain a clear, distinctive identity and voice for each company Build campaign calendars around company priorities, launches, events, and growth goals Identify creative opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue Ensure marketing initiatives remain aligned across leadership, internal teams, and agency partners Social Media and Viral Content Develop original, timely, and highly shareable content for all three companies Create and manage social media posts, Reels, TikToks, Stories, campaigns, and content calendars Recognize emerging trends and move quickly to make them relevant to each brand Coordinate content production, including photography, video, graphics, copy, and editing Manage influencer, creator, ambassador, and strategic brand partnerships Monitor performance and adjust content strategies based on results Public Relations and Media Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, announcements, and brand communications Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media partners Identify opportunities for press coverage, interviews, features, collaborations, and awards Coordinate media requests and prepare company representatives for interviews and appearances Manage messaging to ensure all external communications are polished, accurate, and on-brand Client Events and Experiences Plan and execute client events, launches, activations, partnerships, and promotional experiences Oversee event concepts, invitations, guest lists, vendors, timelines, marketing, and on-site execution Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless, memorable events Capture and leverage event content across social media, press, and future marketing campaigns Project and Partner Management Manage multiple projects across three companies simultaneously Serve as the primary marketing liaison for internal teams and external agencies Write clear creative briefs, establish timelines, and keep stakeholders accountable Coordinate designers, photographers, videographers, publicists, influencers, vendors, and other partners Track deadlines, budgets, deliverables, campaign performance, and next steps Keep leadership informed through concise reporting and proactive communication Who You Are Exceptionally organized and comfortable managing many moving pieces at once Energized by a demanding, extremely fast-paced environment Creative and strategic, but equally willing to execute the day-to-day work Able to shift priorities quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail A confident communicator who can work effectively with executives, clients, agencies, media, and creative teams Proactive, resourceful, calm under pressure, and naturally solutions-oriented Highly responsive and able to make thoughtful decisions quickly Skilled at turning a rough idea into a complete, polished campaign Comfortable taking ownership and being accountable for results Preferred Experience Experience in integrated marketing, brand management, communications, public relations, social media, or events A strong portfolio of social content, campaigns, press materials, events, or brand work Experience creating high-performing or viral digital content Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills Experience managing influencers, media relationships, agencies, and vendors Familiarity with social analytics, content-planning platforms, Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools Experience managing multiple brands, business units, or client accounts is strongly preferred Why Join Us?
