Mechanical Assembler Pay: $21.00 - $22.00/hour Location: Minneapolis, MN Shift: Full-Time Job Description We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join a leading manufacturing company assembling industrial paint sprayers. This role involves using hand and power tools, following computer-based work instructions, and working on a team-oriented assembly line in a clean, modern production facility. Responsibilities Assemble industrial paint sprayers using hand and power tools. Follow detailed computer-based work instructions and production orders. Perform mechanical assembly, fitting, fastening, and alignment of components. Work collaboratively on an assembly line with 4 to 10 team members. Inspect assemblies to ensure quality standards are met. Assist with labeling, packaging, and preparing finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs and issues. Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs. Stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Qualifications Required Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience. Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools. Ability to read and follow computer-based work instructions. Comfortable standing for an entire shift. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
