Customer Care Representative I - Bilingual

Location and Hours Work is virtual full‑time, with required in‑person training sessions. Candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance to the Miami office and accept a shift between 7:50 AM and 8 PM Eastern. Responsibilities Respond to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims. Analyze problems and provide information/solutions. Operate a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; document activities in the database. Thoroughly document inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis. Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions to ensure timely handling of customer requests. Research and analyze data to address operational challenges and customer service issues. Provide external and internal customers with requested information. Under supervision, receive and place follow‑up telephone calls/e‑mails to answer routine customer questions. Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting. Handle calls, texts, facsimiles and electronic queues while simultaneously taking notes and speaking to customers. Maintain focus during extended periods of sitting and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Demonstrate empathy, persistence and problem‑solving skills; be comfortable with digital tools and platforms. Follow a structured schedule with occasional overtime or flexibility; work from office as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Work remotely, with occasional local office reporting. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in an automated customer service environment (or equivalent education/experience). Bilingual in Spanish (or other languages) and ability to pass a validated language assessment. Ability to pass a pre‑employment test battery.
