We are seeking a highly experienced Accounts Receivable professional who doesn’t just “follow up on invoices”—but owns the entire receivables lifecycle and drives cash flow.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to:

• Reduce DSO
• Enforce credit policies without damaging relationships
• Navigate complex client situations
• Work directly with ownership on cash strategy

You will be a key financial operator within the company.

This is not a passive AR role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable driving difficult conversations and owning cash collection outcomes.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)
• Bonus: Performance-based (collections efficiency, DSO reduction, cash acceleration)
• Total Comp Potential: $90,000 – $130,000+

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable
• Proactively drive collections on high-dollar and aged accounts
• Analyze aging reports and implement collection strategies
• Establish and enforce credit policies and payment terms
• Work directly with clients to resolve disputes and accelerate payment
• Collaborate with leadership on cash flow forecasting
• Improve AR processes, systems, and reporting
• Handle sensitive and escalated collection matters professionally
• Correct systems to avoid AR from climbing (Dont worry, you'll still have a job when successfully accomplished!)

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of high-level Accounts Receivable / Collections experience
• Proven track record reducing DSO and improving cash flow
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience handling difficult or complex client accounts
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working directly with ownership/leadership
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Canopy, or similar a plus)
