Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

* Professional Engineer (PE) Registration Preferred but not required.

* Over 5 years of experience in the civil engineering field.

Skills and Abilities:

* Foundational experience as a project engineer involved in producing final design products and conducting study analyses and deliverables for water resources projects.

* Effective communication skills, both with staff and internal/external clients.

* Strong organizational habits, along with proficiency in time and budget management.

* Positive wrk experience from previous professional experiences.

* Consideration will be given to candidates outside our geographical area who are willing to relocate.

Additional capabilities preferred:

* Potable water treatment, infrastructure design, and master planning.

* Wastewater collection design and master planning.

* Stormwater system design and master planning.

* Flood control, dam/reservoir, irrigation facility studies, and designs.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $115,000.
