Facilities Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

• Monitor the facility to ensure safety, security, and proper maintenance.

• Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems.

• Perform general and preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and vendor management.

• Replace lighting bulbs and ballasts as needed.

• Assist with moving office furniture, machinery, and equipment as requested.

What's Needed?

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or related fields.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Forklift certification and aerial lift certification preferred.

• Experience installing doors, removing doors, and performing basic carpentry and maintenance tasks.

• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Work schedule Monday through Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm, with minimal overtime.
