Director of Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for achieving the company’s annual sales targets. This Des Moines, IA based role drives results by effectively leveraging the resources and talents of the Bratney sales organization to maximize lead generation and convert opportunities into revenue. This includes working together with Bratney’s in-house product specialist teams and our Europe-based exclusive equipment manufacturing partners to ensure alignment between Bratney and the production goals of its proprietary partners, as well as driving construction and engineering sales by generating new qualified project opportunities through existing sales channels and new strategic corporate customer relationships. In addition, this position oversees marketing strategy and execution, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives to drive pipeline growth and brand visibility. The Director will foster a culture of collaboration and personal and professional growth while ensuring adherence to a defined sales process, and will hold team members accountable for meeting individual sales goals and performance objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
