Psychometrist II (Full Time - Sprinfield, Missouri)

Position Details Location: Mercy Clinic Fremont Neuropsychology, Springfield, Missouri. This is a full‑time position. Responsibilities Administer and score neuropsychological/psychological test batteries evaluating cognitive, neuropsychological, behavioral, emotional, and/or academic status. Assist neuropsychologists with procedures, provide technical support in a medical setting, and help with clinical research projects as instructed. Assist in the maintenance of supplies and inventory. Work collaboratively with a team of health professionals to provide comprehensive healthcare. Assist in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment. Maintain confidentiality of all patient medical information. Establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships with inter‑ and intradepartmental personnel to promote optimal patient care. Minimum Requirements Undergraduate degree in psychology (or related field) and some beginning graduate coursework in psychology at the master’s level; coursework and training concentrated in psychological assessment. Patient empathy, excellent communication skills, and ability to establish good rapport with patients, the public, and staff.
