Observes, manages, and documents patient behavior and condition throughout the testing process. Writes progress notes, responds to requests for reports, and conducts follow-up phone calls. Enters testing conditions, observations, test results, and patient demographic information into patient records. Communicates test results to the patient's healthcare team. Performs scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, coding, billing, and reimbursement/collection activities. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Prior healthcare experience working with adults. [Required] Ability to work with a variety of adult patients. [Required] Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
