Bilingual Onsite Staffing Services Coordinator - 3RD Shift - Norcross

What You'll Do

No two nights are the same! Your mission is to keep our associates supported and our client operations flowing. Working on the 3rd shift from 7:30 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday , you will:

• Serve as the onsite point of contact for associates and client supervisors
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new candidates
• Support nightly attendance, performance, and employee engagement
• Conduct orientations, safety talks, and daily check-ins
• Ensure employees follow client safety requirements and GMP guidelines
• Track time, and assist with payroll inquiries
• Build strong relationships and maintain communication with associates and client partners
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace environment

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or other people-focused roles, with a strong and consistent job tenure.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to work onsite daily at the client location
