The Bilingual Onsite Representative (Day Shift) plays a vital role in supporting food manufacturing operations by providing excellent bilingual communication and onsite assistance. Working within a large team, this position focuses on customer interaction, issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with company policies, all while facilitating smooth daily operations and onboarding processes in both English and Spanish.

 

Responsibilities

• Interact effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns bilingually
• Communicate clearly in English and Spanish to support team and operational needs
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain smooth onsite operations
• Provide onsite support during day shifts, ensuring compliance with safety and company policies
• Document activities, incidents, and communications accurately
• Collaborate with team members to foster a cooperative work environment
• Monitor employee attendance and assist with orientation and onboarding processes

 

Required Qualifications

• Proficient bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities
• Effective time management and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving aptitude and accurate documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
