Customer Service Representative

$17 - $18 per hour

Job Description

A Norcross based B2B Cabinet distribution center is seeking an Entry level Customer Service Representative to work in the Showroom! 1+ year experience required. Hours are Mon- Fri 8am to 5pm. Pay starts at $17 - $18 per hour and once perm, pay increases and benefits will be offered.

Customer Service for Norcross Showroom

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay Rate: $17/hour

Responsibilities:

Greet and support showroom visitors (handle several calls and visitors daily)
Perform other administrative assignments
Record all walk-in customers
Answer basic questions related to our cabinets
Learn basic knowledge about cabinets
Direct customers to the correct pickup location
Process payments for walk-in customers
Bilingual ability is a plus (English–Spanish)

Requirements:

Basic computer skills
Ability to read and process customer orders
Ability to cross-reference payment status in the database
Strong organizational skills
Customer-focused and reliable
Retail customer service experience required
Experience answering phone calls
