We are seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Outbound Call Center Representative to join our medium-sized team. This role involves proactive customer engagement through outbound calls, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up. Reporting to the Call Center Supervisor, this position offers growth opportunities including advancement to Team Lead roles, with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers and prospects
- Provide customer support and address inquiries
- Generate leads through effective communication
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain call documentation
- Execute timely follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
