Healing and growth look different for everyone, and were here to help guide that processone step at a time.Your Role:Provide compassionate, individualized therapy to support the mental and emotional well-being of children ages 12 and under.Foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.Utilize play-based therapeutic approaches to address a range of mental health concerns.Collaborate with clients and/or their parents to develop personalized treatment plans and achieve their therapeutic goals.Empower clients to develop coping skills, enhance self-awareness, and improve their overall quality of life.Must be available to work evenings and weekends.What We Offer:W-2 employmentFull time, in person role (with some evenings and weekends required)Compensation package starting at ~$50,000/yearFlexible hoursFully furnished office spacesFully integrated administrative and billing servicesLiability insuranceDisability insurancePTOTraining stipendsA culture of collaboration and shared passion for child advocacyJoin us in making a difference in the lives of children and their families through compassionate care and professional support.
