Desktop Support Specialist

Role Description Must Have Skills: End User Computing EUC operations and L1 to L3 support. Active Directory and Azure AD identity access management. Endpoint security (BitLocker, Defender, Conditional Access). Microsoft Intune Autopilot compliance policies and device management. Secondary Nice To Have Skills (NOT MANDATORY): PowerShell automation and scripting. Patch management and CAB processes. Microsoft 365 application support. Application packaging (MSIX/Intune Win). Soft Skills: Strong leadership and stakeholder management. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration. Process oriented with audit readiness mindset. Compensation Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity. Additional compensation may include an annual performance‑based bonus, sales incentive pay and other variable compensation.
