Business Analyst Team Lead

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst - Team Lead will lead the EDRS Adoption support team, focusing on assisting healthcare providers with onboarding, enrollment, and enhancing electronic reporting workflows. This role involves team leadership, business analysis, training development, and issue escalation within a primarily remote setting. Responsibilities:

• Assist with SSO credential setup, password resets, account recovery, and account linking.
• Develop training documents and support materials for stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach to review adoption progress and recommend strategies to improve electronic reporting usage.
• Provide issue escalation and coordinate team activities.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, customer service, and/or end-user support.
• Experience in a team lead or coordination role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience creating training documents and supporting professional users.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience in healthcare electronic reporting systems or related workflows.
• Familiarity with SSO credential management and account recovery processes.
• Background in remote team leadership and support.

Special Considerations:

• Primarily remote work environment.
• Role includes responsibility for issue escalation and team coordination.

Scheduling:

• Regular shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
• Location based in Harrisburg, PA with standard business hours.
