Job Details Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary Office Manager overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, order entry, customer invoicing, and general office support. Manage QuickBooks-related functions, process shipment invoicing, maintain customer records, and ensure accurate administrative and financial documentation. A/P exp preferred, invoicing, expenses Support local HR administration, employee onboarding, personnel paperwork, and act as a communication bridge between office staff, operations, and leadership. Communicate effectively with a predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce; bilingual English/Spanish experience is highly preferred. Drive process improvement and administrative standardization by helping implement more efficient systems, cross-training employees, and creating greater accountability within the office. Act as a highly organized, hands-on administrative leader capable of wearing multiple hats and serving as the central point of coordination for office operations. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office logistics Serve as a liaison between leadership, employees, vendors, and external partners Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as needed Qualifications 3+ years of office management, administrative, HR, or business operations experience Experience supporting HR functions including onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration Basic accounting experience including AP, invoicing, payroll support, or bookkeeping Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, bi-lingual preferred Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment Manufacturing or industrial environment experience is a plus Interested in hearing more?
