Associate Manager

Summary The Associate Manager supports the General Manager in planning and executing store initiatives to achieve profitable business results. This role helps lead the team, strengthen customer experiences, and uphold Ralph Lauren brand standards. Responsibilities Analyze business trends and support strategic planning and sales performance. Lead client development and community outreach initiatives. Recruit, coach, and develop team members in partnership with the General Manager. Oversee store processes, inventory control, sales floor standards, and adoption of new selling technology. Communicate business opportunities and category trends to store leadership. Requirements Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred. Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills. Ability to build positive working relationships and deliver effective coaching and feedback. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel. Ability to stand, walk, maneuver throughout the store, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
