Classified Substitute

Classified substitutes are called upon, as needed, to fill the temporary needs of various departments and school sites. General description: Perform a variety of routine cleaning and custodial duties; clean and maintain assigned classrooms, offices, buildings, and other district facilities in an orderly and secure condition; maintain tools and equipment used in the performance of duties.

Requirements/qualifications:

• Letter of introduction
• Letter(s) of recommendation
• Proof of high school graduation (education documents)
• Resume

Comments and other information:

All required documents must be attached to your edjoin application in PDF file format. We do not accept hand-delivered, e-mailed, or mailed copies. If you need help with attaching your documents, contact edjoin customer service directly. Resumes are not accepted in lieu of a completed edjoin application. All eligible applicants will be notified of the testing date/schedule via edjoin once a sufficient applicant pool is received. Successful passing of the district exam will allow you to move forward in the hiring process. Upon selection for hire, you will be required to go through an extensive background check at your cost. This may include, but not limited to fingerprint/livescan, TB test, physical exam, etc... If you are selected for a substitute position, please be advised that it is on an as-needed basis.
