Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Answering phones and direct phone calls to appropriate person
- Greet all guest and clients with a smile
- Previous experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant is preferred.
- QuickBooks experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
