We're actively seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver amazing experiences and elevated efficiency within the routine maintenance of Canon-supported products in accordance with Service and Parts Standards. Your Impact (Responsibilities) Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with necessary documentation, ensuring accurate record keeping. Meet customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance. Properly maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned. Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills. Maintain the performance of assigned machines. Facilitate performance at a level that helps achieve branch/district's overall metric targets. Qualifications (Skills & Expertise) High School diploma or equivalent experience (required). Basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class. Ability to travel with a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Required to obtain security and/or other clearances necessary for customer premises access. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling). Compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID-19. Compensation Hourly rate: $19.00 - $26.31.
