Marketing Senior Consultant

Job Description Summary:The role is responsible for managing the development and execution of marketing assets and programs to support Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans (BCBS) in positioning and selling various national programs and initiatives. The role leads or supports planning, developing and implementing marketing and communications that differentiate BCBS among key stakeholders, including business decision-makers, key influencers, consumers/members and thought leaders. Understanding complex business needs and aligning marketing strategies to overall project goals is critical for success.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support copywriting and creative direction for various marketing deliverables (e.g., presentations, collateral, digital content)Key contributor to the development of marketing strategies; implements marketing strategies, plans and tactics for a variety of BCBSA national programsSupport the facilitation of the B2B Marketing CollaborativeRespond to a variety of ad hoc internal and Plan requests in a timely and professional manner, including taking a leadership role in tracking work and results for reportingEnsure content is fresh on our Sales Support Toolkit, e.g., either soliciting new content and/ or developing it, posting content and tracking quantifiable resultsParticipate in brainstorming for larger scale, team-based projectsThe posting range for this position is:92,787.88 - 122,529.02Required Education, Certifications and Experience:EducationRequired Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, new media or related field; or equivalent work experienceExperienceRequired 5+ Years marketing/communications planning and implementation, preferably in HealthcareKnowledge Skills and AbilitiesProficiency with Microsoft OfficeProject management skillsOral and written communication skillsDemonstrated analytical and problem solving skillsDemonstrated ability to develop and execute results-driven communications that promote business strategiesKnowledge of grammar and composition principles to create effective writing for diverse audiencesExtra Posting Information:A minimum of five years marketing/communications planning and implementation preferably in HealthcareExperience writing for a variety of communication vehicles including websites, multimedia, and print and online collateral; and market-facing communicationsExperience collaborating with internal business partners to ensure alignment and integration of key messagesPromotional writing skillsPrevious experience in content marketingRelevant industry experience, including experience in marketing/sales support at health care/insurance company, consultancy/brokerage, or similar experience in a related industry (e.g., financial services)Experience identifying and integrating secondary research to drive marketing communications strategy development#LI_HYBRIDThe posted salary range is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
