Sales Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders for frozen, refrigerated, and dry products Monitor order status and address issues to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment Provide bilingual support in Spanish and English to assist customers and internal teams Respond to customer inquiries and provide order updates Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions within the CRM system Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure product availability and on‑time delivery Assist the sales team with quotes, invoices, and customer documentation Help prepare sales reports and track order activity Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or order processing preferred Experience in food distribution, logistics, or warehouse environments is a plus Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Skills Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with CRM or order management systems preferred As set forth in Global Food Corp’s Equal Employment Opportunity policy, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
