Concrete Project Manager

Who We Are Lithko Contracting, LLC is a nationwide concrete construction company that builds over 100 million square feet of concrete annually and employs more than 5,000 coworkers. The Role Concrete Project Manager Key Responsibilities Perform detailed and accurate estimates for potential projects. Identify and quantify all necessary concrete scope items and collaborate in developing project strategy. Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules. Set up the project by reviewing contracts, assigning cost codes, and preparing a preliminary budget. Hold and communicate accurate project information to all parties. Organize log setup for all MPOs and POs to track items and submittals. Execute organized and accurate takeoffs. Collaborate with the Project Lead and operational support to develop accurate project plans. Communicate information, solutions, and opportunities to the team as needed. Compile daily job cost reports to ensure costs and quantities align with the budget. Create change orders based on customer expectations. Execute a detailed project closeout. Communicate detailed project information to all appropriate parties. Requirements And Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent organizational and communication skills. 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large‑scale, self‑performing general contractor or concrete contractor. Self‑performance experience with concrete is required. Experience with a variety of project types emphasizing commercial and industrial concrete. Knowledge of construction principles and practices required for projects over $1 million. Previous experience performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals.
