Responsibilities: Act as the face of REM Acquisitions, engaging directly with off-market sellers to negotiate and extend purchase offers on their properties on behalf of our company. Take ownership of the impact you have on sellers, aiming to create positive outcomes and meaningful improvements in their lives through each interaction. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sellers, ensuring consistent follow-up and effective management of potential deals. Establish trust and build strong relationships with sellers, leveraging your negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure contracts. Diligently use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document all interactions, ensuring that every detail of contact and negotiation is tracked and accessible. Master our proven sales process through dedication to continuous learning and adherence to best practices in sales strategies. Participate actively in daily training sessions and commit to ongoing personal and professional development to enhance your sales proficiency and contribute to our culture of excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field of study preferred Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed +1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone 2+ years of B2C selling minimum (if no real estate experience) Compensation: $60,000 - $180,000 yearly

$60,000-$180,000 per year
