Location: Aurora, CO

Industry: Commercial Roofing / Construction / Storm & Hail Restoration

Schedule:

• Fully onsite
• Standard construction/business hours
• Approximately 75% office / 25% field
• No overnight travel
• Company truck provided (take-home vehicle)

Compensation:

• Up to $100,000 base
• Flexible for the right candidate
• Bonuses

Position Overview:

Seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from handoff through completion. This role is highly customer-facing and requires strong project coordination, communication, scheduling, and operational management skills. The Project Manager will work closely with sales teams, field supervisors, builders, inspectors, customers, and administrative staff to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage roofing projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with sales teams on commercial projects
• Review project specifications, materials, and orders
• Ensure materials are ordered and delivered correctly
• Conduct site visits and project inspections
• Maintain customer communication throughout project lifecycle
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues
• Coordinate activities between field crews, supervisors, sales teams, and office staff
• Monitor projects in pre-construction, active production, closeout, and warranty phases
• Manage 25–30 projects simultaneously

• Commercial reroofing
• Service projects
• Storm and hail restoration projects
• Projects ranging from $5K to $1M+ and beyond

Required Qualifications:

• Commercial roofing Project Management experience
• Customer-facing project management experience
• Experience coordinating materials, schedules, and project execution
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with GCs, builders, and inspectors
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
