Warehouse Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, staffing, shipping/receiving, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, accurate order fulfillment, and a safe, productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution Manage and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring Ensure accurate inventory control and cycle counts Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet deadlines Enforce safety procedures and maintain OSHA compliance standards Monitor productivity and implement process improvements Train and develop warehouse associates Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs as needed Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal departments Qualifications Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience required Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse operations Leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Basic computer skills (WMS, Excel, email, etc.) Preferred Skills Experience with forklift operations and warehouse equipment Lean manufacturing or process improvement experience Logistics or supply chain background MUST HAVE WAREHOUSE MANAGMENT EXPERIENCE AND WORK HISTORY #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment Professionals - Spokane
