Job Description

USA Today Top Workplace! Joe Cooper Ford Pro Elite Commercial Fleet Center is accepting applications for a Heavy Duty Parts Sales Consultant at its state of the art fleet center in Edmond, OK. The Heavy-Duty Parts Specialist is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and selling parts for medium-duty, heavy-duty, and commercial fleet vehicles. This role serves as a critical technical expert for fleet customers, wholesale accounts, and internal service technicians, ensuring accurate part selection to minimize vehicle downtime.

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts currently not in stock.
• Complete special order part request.
• Communicate with customers on parts status.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure parts department and inventory is well organized to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant experience in an automotive parts department or retail store. Ford heavy duty experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
